Refund Policy
1. Scope
Wearlo AI provides digital AI generation and project organization, not physical garments. Free trials do not involve a payment refund. A reversal of generation credits and a refund of a card payment are different operations.
2. Generation issues
If a paid generation fails, credit handling follows the relevant generation flow. A restored credit balance is not a cash refund. If you believe credits or a payment were charged incorrectly, retain the task identifier, order receipt and a description of the issue for support.
3. Payment refund rules
To request a payment refund, submit your order receipt, credit usage and reason through the contact page. Requests are reviewed individually; cash refunds are not automatic. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law.
4. Requests and subscriptions
For purchases processed by Creem, retain your receipt and contact us through the contact page. Creem also provides buyer support at creem.io/contact. Cancelling future renewal and requesting a refund of a past payment are separate requests.
