Terms of Service
1. The product
Wearlo AI (wearlo.co) helps AI filmmakers turn outfit reference images into outfit boards and organize them by project and character. It does not provide physical clothing, manufacturing specifications or a guarantee of identical results in another AI tool.
2. Accounts and reference images
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and report unauthorized use. Upload only images you own or have permission to use, with necessary permissions for depicted people, likenesses and third-party intellectual property. Do not upload, generate or distribute images or other material involving violence, gore, pornography, obscenity or child sexual exploitation. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or privacy-invasive content or impersonate anyone without authorization. Do not access other users’ private assets, attack the service, bypass safeguards or abuse accounts or promotional credits. We may restrict access, remove content or suspend service where violations are suspected.
3. AI output and your content
You retain your existing rights in uploads. You authorize us and necessary service providers to process, transmit and store content to deliver your requested service. This does not transfer ownership or authorize public promotional use of uploads. AI may infer hidden garment details, omit items or produce errors. Review results before downloading, publishing or commercial use. You may use results, including commercially, subject to necessary rights, applicable law and third-party service restrictions. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights.
4. Trials, credits and payments
New accounts receive 20 welcome credits, enough for one extraction. Each extraction costs 20 credits; failed extractions release reserved credits. Review the price and result conditions shown before submitting. Where paid purchasing is enabled, the checkout specifies the plan, renewal terms and credits provided. Payment processing and product delivery are separate; consult the refund policy for payment issues.
5. Availability and stored results
Generation depends on external AI services. Results can fail or become unavailable. Download important boards and observe the expiry information shown for your result. Project storage and temporary previews have different lifecycles. We reasonably maintain the service but cannot guarantee accurate output or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost anticipated profits. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affect your statutory rights.

The service is provided by the Wearlo AI team. Contact us through the contact page for questions, complaints or infringement reports. We will provide reasonable notice of material service or terms changes through the website or email and update the date.
